Emory student  volunteers are helping in evening clinics at the Healing Community Center. http://healingourcommunities.org/index.html

 The Healing Community Center has been developed by Grady/Emory ENT physician Dr. Charles Moore in conjunction with HEAL (Health Education Assessment and Leadership   ). “The center will address the increasing health disparities for minorities and uninsured individuals experiencing poverty by providing FREE preventive, primary and specialty care for indigent and low income individuals.”  Last year the center was able to see approximately 6,000 patients.

Emory PA students are excited about partnering with Dr. Moore and being more involved in the clinics and health fairs.
