Important Note: This page describes the application process for the post-graduate Master of Medical Science for Career Physician Assistants program at Emory, and is intended for practicing Physician Assistants. If you are not a PA, but hope to apply to the entry-level PA Program, please visit the Emory PA Program website admissions area. If you need more information about the entry-level PA Program, you can contact that admissions office here. The application for the MMSc for Career Physician Assistants class entering in August 2005 is available. Applications should be completed and submitted electronically from this website. Please click here to begin the application process. Should you be unable to utilize the online application for the Career Masters of Medical Science, you can download and print a paper application (the application requires that you have Adobe Reader installed on your computer).
Potential applicants are encouraged to begin the process of application, and to seek letters of recommendation and registration for the Graduate Record Exam (see Program Prerequisites). Reference forms for the application are available here. Please download and print four copies of reference forms (3 references chosen from colleagues and mentors, 1 reference from the PA Program Director/Chair of your PA school). If you agree to sign the waiver on the form, provide an envelope to your references addressed to : Emory Physician Assistant Program Attn: CMMSc Program 1462 Clifton Road, Suite 280 Atlanta, GA 30322 Other mailed materials (e.g., official transcripts) should be sent to the same address. When an applicant accepts a position in the class they are required to submit their acceptance in writing to the Program and to submit a non-refundable tuition deposit (check payable to "Emory University PA Program") for $500.
