Description
We are helping our client, a privately owned ORTHOPEDIC SURGERY
practice in the heart of WA state’s beautiful wine country. Our
physician leads the local market as a premier provider, and he needs to
replace his current PA who has given notice to move back home this
spring (2012). This position offers a varied surgical future along with
a great lifestyle, because the successful associate will work with just
one surgeon who is busy but has ample time off as well. And his PA does
very well financially for his area of expertise! Certified and
experienced candidates are preferred but will consider all qualified.
Location is a smaller WA city and county seat, with a county population
is 58,781. The valley is home to two four year and one strong community
college for a family’s educational needs, and the local schools are
highly rated. We are the hub for medical, professional and business
services for Southeastern Washington and Northeastern Oregon, and have a
varied economy. Other than education our number one industry is
agribusiness and wheat, vineyards and wineries are our best cash crop
and economic resources. So are a destination for wine connoisseurs from
all over the world, and the ‘wine boom’ has helped several top-tier
restaurants and hotels thrive here! As a college town, we benefit from
the cultural contributions of students here. The city itself, however,
supports a number of fine and performing arts institutions, including
the oldest continuous symphony orchestra west of the Mississippi, a
Symphony, the Choral Society, and the Little Theater. These cultural
establishments and the renovation of one of Washington's finest early
1900s hotels, helped our Downtown be named one of America's Great Main
Streets by a national historic preservation group.

Description
Seeking part-time PA-C to assist with 1-2 spine surgery cases per
week. Must be available Wednesdays. Surgical experience required.
Orthopaedic and spine surgery experience not necessary. No
responsibilities outside of the operating room. No call, no rounding, no
office responsibilities. New or experienced grads welcome. Compensation
dependent upon volume of cases. Earn between $250 and $15,000 PER case!
